Support Staff Through an Agent Petitioner
When the primary visa is filed through a U.S. agent petitioner, the same agent can file for the support staff. Support staff always go on a separate petition: O-2 staff are never included on the O-1 petition, and P-1S staff never on the P-1 petition (8 CFR 214.2(o)(2)(i) and (p)(2)(i)).
This is common when:
